GOLFER'S BUNGALOW. This newly remodeled 1,600 square foot home on Pebblebrook Golf course is just a 2-minute walk from the Pro Shop. Grab your clubs, rent your cart and you're on the course in minutes. This is not a rental home - it's our personal residence. We've cleared out our personal stuff to make it ready for you to rent. It's fully furnished. You'll have the place to yourselves. Location: Our 2br home backs up to the Pebblebrook putting green. You get relaxing golf course views without cart traffic rolling through your backyard. Enjoy expansive views of greenery, a pond and mountaintops in the distance. We're close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Patios: The back patio features a bench swing and propane fire table to warm you on chilly nights. The front patio has a large propane grill with side burner, and a table with room for six. Fill our little fountain and enjoy the peaceful gurgling sounds of water all winter long. Interior: We just painted the entire home and replaced all the carpet with luxury vinyl plank floors. Both bathrooms got a refresh. All the windows have either plantation shutters or vertical blinds. Kitchen: It's still original, but that means plenty of cabinet space and a very good dishwasher. We updated the lighting and the backsplash behind the stovetop. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishware, cookware and an Insta-pot. The microwave, toaster and kettle sit on an island to make more counter space. The microwave is also an air-fryer. Get filtered drinking water and ice from the refrigerator door. Dining: There are 4 places to eat: our 3-seater kitchen bar, the 4-seater dining room table, the 4-seater firetable out back, or the 6-seater patio table out front. Feeling creative? Gina's artist's easel is in the corner of the dining room. Look out at the golf course while you work on your latest masterpiece. David's guitar is ready to play (might need to be tuned). Bedroom #1: The en-suite bedroom features a queen bed with nightstands, chair with ottoman, an empty dresser and closet, and a freshly remodeled bath with a walk-in shower with handlebars and a built-in seat. Windows look out on the golf course. Bedroom #2: Having guests? They'll be comfy in "our" bedroom with its king-sized bed. We've removed our personal possessions from the top drawers of the dresser and nightstands for your guests to use. The closet is stuffed with our personal belongings and is locked. Guests can hang their clothing on the supplied garment rack. Bathroom #2. Right outside of the guest bedroom is the guest bath. It features fresh paint, a new faucet and a tub/shower combo with handlebars and a built-in seat. Living room: Relax in one of our 2 recliners or take a nap on our red Natuzzi leather sofa. Log into Netflix and enjoy a movie on our 65" 4k Samsung Smart TV. Or open the plantation shutters and enjoy golf course views. Office: We've turned the dining room into an office. Plug your computer into the 32" 4K monitor. You may also use the Bluetooth keyboard and mouse with your computer. We supply you with fast 100mbps internet. Laundry/utility room: Our Kenmore front loading washer and dryer sit on a platform, making them easy to load and unload. Laundry baskets and wash day sundries are stored underneath. Garage: You'll find our 2004 Toyota Camry parked in the garage. If you want to move it out onto the driveway during your stay, you're welcome to do so. There's also a workbench with a bunch of tools should you need to repair something. Bikes: We have 3 bikes, and a couple of bike racks. Feel free to use them. Lock them up when you go places. Utilities: All bills paid. We take care of water/sewer/trash/internet. The only utility you pay is electric. We do not offer landline phone or cable TV. Community rules: The house is located in a retirement community. One resident must be 55 years or older. Children 18 years old and younger may stay for a maximum of 14 days. Loud music or other disturbances are not allowed but because we're the first house on the block that's not usually an issue. This is a "twin" home and we share a roof with a lovely older couple next door. Rental terms: Per the rules of our homeowner's association, our tenants must rent for a minimum of one month. Shorter-term rentals are not allowed. PETS: Our Homeowner's association does not allow pets. I hear somebody had a yapping dog some years ago that would bark at the golfers, and that was that.
